Commercially Robust Activezyme
To support our immunoassay line, we've formulated Activezyme an exceptional horseradish peroxidase (HRP) based stabilizing buffer to maintain enzyme activity for years. This stabilizer can be easily incorporated into any immunoassay - saving time and money. Monobind currently uses this stabilizer in 80+ products that incorporate HRP, which is chemically attached to thyroid antigens, monoclonal, and polyclonal antibodies. The chemical modifications include a variety of synthetic schemes using SPDP and maleimide, as well as periodate methods. The monoclonal antibodies are from various subclasses while the polyclonal antibodies include sheep, goat, and rabbit IgG. Thus, one stabilizer can be incorporated in almost any HRP based assay with minimal effort. When you incorporate the stabilizer into immunoassays, end-users can omit the conjugate dilution step, greatly increasing ease-of-use. In addition, the stabilizer extends the shelf life by years and helps to limit transit and storage problems by providing an effective preservative, therefore Monobind provides the product to customers at ambient shipping conditions.
